Gracie Jiu-Jitsu

Jiu-jitsu is a martial art rooted in effective self-defense by using proper body mechanics and angles to defeat an assailant. While it focuses on ground fighting, effective jiu-jitsu study also entails stand-up training. Through the study of Jiu-Jitsu, your body will mechanically improve. This allows all areas of your life to develop as you learn new kinds of humility and confidence.

Keysi Fighting Method (KFM)

Keysi is a highly effective form of self-defense and fighting. Known for its techniques that employ a method of covering and responding aggressively, Keysi is truly a unique system. You will learn how to deal with various attacks employing the concepts of Keysi, which has been made famous by movies like the Dark Knight trilogy and Jack Reacher.

Conditioning

There's no doubt that Jiu-Jitsu and KFM will help you get in better shape. As you are conditioned through your study of these systems, your body will change. Our conditioning classes focus on the areas of the body that are used primarily in these systems. But these classes are for everyone. We focus on EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) routines two days out of the week. We use kettlebells, body-weight movements and stretching to improve our strength, cardiovascular and pulmonary systems.
